Are there any good websites, or can anyone tell me how to go about clicker training my 11 week old boxer?

I just got a 9-10 week old puppy and I'm just wondering if I should crate train him and what the benefits are? as of right now he doesn't like his crate and cries as soon as the door shuts. I've put his food and treats in there along with his bed to help him get used to it, but it doesn't seem to be helping.
he's a boxer/lab mix if that makes a difference.

I have a 9 weeks boxer and she don't listen to me unless I have food on hand. When I do she does stay, sit, down, come. Take away the food and she just wonders around or sometimes sit and stare.
She just sit there when you click she's not deaf because she responds to come. I only treat her for every other tricks. Then after the session I tryout the commands they work until an hour later.
