I am planning on crate training my puppy and I want to know how long I should keep her in there, when I should take her out, when I should play with her,etc. Please help ! An example of a schedule would be great, but if not, anything will help. By the way, she will be 8 weeks when I get her.

Our lab puppy is seven weeks old. I know that's a week or two so shy of when you are supposed to take home puppies, but this was an exception....I really want to start crate training her but have read she is still too little. So if that's the case, and she is still too young, what am I supposed to do mean time?
like when we are crate training him and are bringing him out to relieve himself can we use the bell training method ?

Everywhere I read, I hear different theories on how to train my beagle. He is 14 weeks old. Need help on proper crate training etiquette so I can get him house-trained as soon as possible.
I have a new mini dachshund puppy and I need help getting her started going outside. I know to reward her when she goes outside, but she will NOT go outside. I cant even catch her going in the house because she doesnt sniff around in circles or have any signs shes got to go. She just moves and I see a wet spot underneath where she was standing. I've tried crate training but she goes in there too. In fact she only goes doo in her crate. I;ve tried staying outside with her for up to an hour sometimes, and she will not go. I was hoping someone may have a secret to training a stubborn dog. Help!
Also any tips on getting her to stop whining at night would be helpful too. Thanks
Ive been trying to do the feeding schedule thing, but she only eats a couple bites and walks away, then I ll take her out for a good half hour and nothing happens, sometimes she won't go til hours after eating., Also its funny you metioned :marley and me" I just started reading that book! I love it. My dog is so well behaved, except these 2 things.

I've been crate training my German Shepherd for a little over 3 months. He's getting pretty big which tells me (bigger crate). What is a good age or time to stop crate training and let him roam around freely when I am gone?
Im gonna get my new puppy in 4 weeks and i was just wondering if there is a different method to potty train besides crate training?
